happy birthday memphis!

It's hard to believe it's been a year already!

We had her birthday party on Saturday... it started as a BBQ, but it was a little on the chili side, so we finished with the cake and presents at Grandma Straw's house. Memphis wasn't so sure of the singing and everyone staring at her. It was actaully pretty funny. I really thought she would dig right into the cake, but i was WRONG. It's ok... it left more cake for me! Ha!



It was a fun weekend... I never knew when people said "they grow up fast" that they meant THIS fast.

Happy Easter

For Easter we took Kyah and Memphis to have their pictures taken... it's fun to take them together. It wasnt the greatest shoot ever, but still cute!

Mission Reunion

One of my favorite people in the whole world, would HAVE to be my mission president. This years reunion was an all president reunion... so it was long, but a good time. It's always nice to see old friends, catch up and laugh the night away.

I left on my mission 8 years ago! How can that be???
I learned a lot and got to teach some amazing people...but mostly I love my mission family and the bond that unites us forever.
